At USWAPP, we are committed to creating a safe and trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers. That’s why every eligible purchase made through our platform is backed by the USWAPP Buyer Protection Guarantee.

What’s Covered?

Your purchase may qualify for protection if:

✅ Payment Was Made Through USWAPP

To be eligible for Buyer Protection, all payments must be completed through the official USWAPP checkout system. Transactions conducted outside of USWAPP are not covered.

✅ Item Not Received

If the seller fails to deliver the item you purchased and the item is not received within the expected delivery timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

✅ Item Significantly Different From Description

You may qualify for Buyer Protection if the item you receive is substantially different from the listing description, including but not limited to:

    • Wrong item received

    • Incorrect size, model, or version

    • Missing major parts or components

    • Condition significantly worse than described

    • Counterfeit or misrepresented items

✅ Undisclosed Damage

If an item arrives damaged and the damage was not clearly disclosed in the product listing, you may be eligible for Buyer Protection coverage.

 

How to File a Claim

If you experience an issue with your purchase:

    1. Log into your USWAPP account.

    1. Navigate to your Order History.

    1. Select the affected order.

    1. Submit a Buyer Protection Claim.

    1. Provide supporting information, photos, tracking details, and a description of the issue.

Our support team will review the claim and may contact both the buyer and seller for additional information.

 

Claim Filing Deadline

Buyer Protection claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery confirmation.

Claims submitted after the 7-day protection period may not be eligible for review.

 

Resolution Process

After receiving a claim, USWAPP will:

    • Review all evidence provided by both parties

    • Verify shipment and delivery information

    • Investigate listing details and communications

    • Determine eligibility under the Buyer Protection Guarantee

If a claim is approved, USWAPP may issue:

    • A full refund

    • A partial refund

    • Another resolution deemed appropriate based on the circumstances

 

What’s Not Covered?

Buyer Protection does not cover:

    • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

    • Items accurately described by the seller

    • Damage caused after delivery

    • Transactions completed outside of USWAPP

    • Claims submitted after the 7-day protection window

    • Digital products, services, or items prohibited by USWAPP policies

For the best buying experience:

    • Check the Buyers Feedack/rating
    • Check the Sellers Feedack/rating
    • Carefully review item descriptions and photos.
    • Ask sellers questions before purchasing.
    • Keep all communication within the USWAPP platform.
    • Inspect your item immediately upon delivery.

At USWAPP, we believe sellers deserve protection too. The USWAPP Seller Protection Guarantee is designed to help protect honest sellers from fraudulent claims, chargebacks, and unfair disputes while maintaining a safe marketplace for everyone. 

What’s Covered?

Your sale may qualify for Seller Protection when:

✅ The Order Was Paid Through USWAPP

To qualify for Seller Protection, the transaction must be completed entirely through the USWAPP platform. Payments made outside of USWAPP are not eligible.

✅ The Item Was Shipped and Delivered

Sellers who provide valid shipment tracking and proof of delivery are protected against claims that an item was never received.

✅ The Item Matches the Listing Description

If the item was accurately described, photographed, and represented in the listing, sellers may be protected from false “not as described” claims.

✅ Fraudulent Buyer Activity

USWAPP may protect sellers from buyers who attempt to abuse the dispute process, submit false claims, engage in return fraud, or violate marketplace policies.


Seller Responsibilities

To qualify for protection, sellers should:

  • Provide accurate item descriptions
  • Upload clear photos of the actual item
  • Disclose any defects, damage, or missing parts
  • Ship orders promptly
  • Use trackable shipping services
  • Retain shipping receipts and proof of delivery
  • Communicate through the USWAPP platform

Protection Against Chargebacks

When eligible, USWAPP may assist sellers in responding to chargebacks by providing transaction records, communication history, tracking information, and other supporting documentation.


Dispute Resolution Process

If a buyer opens a claim:

  1. USWAPP will review the claim details.
  2. The seller will have an opportunity to respond.
  3. Supporting evidence may be requested from both parties.
  4. USWAPP will evaluate all available information.
  5. A fair resolution will be determined based on marketplace policies.

What’s Not Covered?

Seller Protection does not cover:

  • Transactions completed outside of USWAPP
  • Listings containing inaccurate or misleading information
  • Failure to ship an item
  • Lost shipments without tracking information
  • Prohibited items that violate USWAPP policies
  • Damage caused by inadequate packaging
  • Seller remorse after a completed sale

To ensure full eligibility under the Seller Protection Guarantee:
